    I am happy and feel proud to state that the Government Degree College, Nandikotkur fosters academic and Career Success through the development of academic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, effective communication skills and cultural awareness in a safe accessible and affordable learning environment. The college encourages the students to utilize technology at optimum level to enhance the skills. The college promises to impart high quality and need based education to the youth which is very substantial, potent and conscientious task. Students should keep in mind the importance of planning and prioritizing their time and the effective use of it which are essential to achieve success. It gives me great pleasure to write that our dedicated staff and innovative approach to teaching and learning is yielding real benefits for our students. 

    While making decisions on student’s issues, our college administration always takes the humanistic scale of values into account. The faculties are given freedom to actively participate and express their opinions during the formulation of policies and the decision-making process and democratic principles are implemented in letter and spirit. Understanding the importance of participatory management, the college integrates its personnel both strategically and functionally. This procedure makes things more effective, transparent, and accountable while also giving the staff a sense of pride and accountability.

      Effective strategies are implemented for curriculum delivery. Our student-centered pedagogy is further enhanced by MOUs, expert lectures, entrepreneurship, and skill-building initiatives. The Jawahar Knowledge Center (JKC) and Career Guidance collaborate to prepare students for the challenges of the global job market. National Social Service (NSS), Women Empowerment Cell, Red Ribbon Club, and Eco Club are excellent examples of social responsibility.My good wishes to one and all.
